A system that works.
Beyond the manual.
We start with your processes to define requirements, controls and evidence. Independent support, proportionate to your business.

Choose your starting point.
Gap analysis
Where you stand against the requirements.
We review scope, documents and a sample of activities. You receive prioritised gaps and closure criteria to help estimate project effort.
Implementation & documentation
Procedures that follow the work.
We support responsibilities, prerequisite programmes, HACCP and forms. Documents are adapted to processes and approved by the business, which retains implementation responsibility.
Internal audit
Evidence, findings and action.
We agree criteria and scope, sample processes and records and report findings. The review identifies compliance, gaps and opportunities without replacing a certification audit.
Maintenance & updates
A system that develops with your business.
We assess the impact of new products, suppliers, sites and revised requirements. Support can include review, focused training and corrective-action verification.

Know what to do.
And how to verify it.
- Project scope and applicable references
- Report with evidence and identified gaps
- Action plan with owners and priorities
- Documentation tools adapted to activities
- Readiness checks using actual processes and batches
Clarity from the outset.
Discovery & scope
We review objectives, activities and customer requirements, then define products, sites and responsibilities.
Gap analysis
We assess documents and processes. The report distinguishes priorities, missing evidence and controls to improve.
Implementation & training
We adapt procedures and tools to daily work. Staff practise controls using real examples.
Readiness review
An internal audit and operational exercises review evidence before independent assessment.
Business description, products, sites, organisation, certificates and customer requirements. Confidential documents are agreed in advance and shared through suitable channels.
Activities, timing and fees are defined after an initial discussion. Certification costs or outcomes are not promised without understanding the scope.
Answers before you begin.
Every business has a different context. Start with the questions that shape your project.
Does consulting guarantee a certificate?
No. Belevo provides consulting, training and internal audits. Certification assessment and the certification decision belong to a certification body competent for the requested scope. Our role is to clarify requirements, identify gaps, support implementation and review evidence. Certification timing, outcome and conditions depend on the independent body’s process and the business’s actual situation.
What does a gap analysis deliver?
A report stating the assessed scope, reference documents, evidence reviewed, gaps and priorities. Each proposed action identifies the expected result, owner and closure criteria. The report distinguishes documentation issues from implementation problems. This helps plan work before the independent audit and verify that corrections are actually applied.
Can it be integrated with an existing system?
Yes, while avoiding unnecessary duplication. Compare existing procedures with applicable requirements and check that purchasing, HACCP, document control, audits and management review cover the required scope. An existing certification does not automatically demonstrate every EFISC-GTP requirement. A comparison matrix should show coverage, gaps and responsibility for updates.
Can we use template documentation?
Yes, as a starting point. Templates need to reflect the company’s products, sites, organisation, flows and risks. A procedure describing a check that never happens creates a gap between the documented system and reality. Before approval, verify that forms can be used, responsibilities are assigned and staff can handle a practical example. Purchasing a template does not amount to certification.
Which records are reviewed during an audit?
The sample may include purchasing, specifications, suppliers, receipt, production, controls, testing, storage and delivery. Training, maintenance, complaints, internal audits and corrective actions are relevant too. The objective is to connect each requirement with concrete, consistent evidence. A simulation following a real batch is therefore often more useful than checking a manual’s table of contents alone.
Does a trader without storage need a HACCP system?
Having no warehouse does not remove supply-chain risks. The analysis should be proportionate to activities actually controlled: sourcing, specifications, hazard information, arranged transport and exception handling. It should not invent production steps that do not exist. It should explain how unsafe purchases or deliveries are prevented and which evidence demonstrates that controls work.
Let’s start with your supply chain.
