Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Scope, outcomes, delivery, timing, fees and conditions are defined in the proposal and accepted by the parties. A catalogue listing alone does not guarantee availability.
Prices and VAT
The catalogue shows a net price and a reference total using 23% Polish VAT. Actual treatment depends on the customer, country, transaction type and applicable conditions. International treatment is confirmed before ordering; 0% VAT is not automatically applied from a declared country.
Materials and delivery
Language, version, formats, contents, licence and file availability are confirmed before purchase. Digital delivery follows the offer. On a configured payment service, links are specific to an order, temporary and subject to limits stated in the order. They cannot be transferred without permission.
Complaints and remedies
Report issues to ufficio@gmp-plus.it with the order, material and defect description. The request is assessed against the offer and applicable rights. Approved refunds use the agreed payment channel. No general three-day limit restricts mandatory rights.
Buyers and mandatory rights
The catalogue is intended for professional use. Buyer status is reviewed before order acceptance. Where consumer or other mandatory protections apply, they prevail. Immediate digital supply and any loss of a withdrawal right require the conditions, information and declarations specified by applicable law; they do not arise merely from clicking a link.
Roles and certification
Belevo provides consulting, training and internal audits. The certification body independently assesses compliance and makes the certification decision. No positive outcome is guaranteed. The business remains responsible for operations, products, implementation and legal compliance.
Payments
Catalogue mode does not collect payments. If an online payment route is activated in an offer, the provider and conditions are identified before confirmation. The module prepared for PHP hosting uses Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) only after seller configuration and activation tests.
