Personal licence
Where agreed, permits one identified individual to use and adapt the material for their own professional activity. It does not permit distribution to clients, other businesses or external participants unless the offer expressly provides for it.
Company licence
Where agreed, permits internal use by the legal entity named in the order and authorised people working on its activities. Additional companies, resale, online publication and external distribution need a separate agreement.
Adaptation and responsibility
The licensee must check applicability, currency and consistency with its processes. Materials do not replace law, scheme documents, competent assessment or certification. Internal modifications should remain controlled and approved by the business.
